I trained with Harman for a month to get myself back into the grind and it was the best decision I made. She’s a wonderful trainer who not only helped me gain an understanding of what works for my body, but taught the logistics of maintaining proper form, achieving a sustainable nutritional goal and becoming comfortable with lifting. I feel so much more confident in myself to get out there and take the steps independently just from absorbing the informative teaching Harman provided on a day-to-day basis. I appreciate her so much for being such a lovely role model in the continuation of my fitness journey. Also, I adore the private gym, it’s so comfortable and makes you really enjoy training with her. It became something I looked forward to everyday.

Finding and working with Harman has truly been the best part of 2022 for me! Even in such little time of us working together, I am starting to see some amazing tangible changes. I really appreciate how she is able to cater the workouts to my goals and is able to keep my injuries in mind. The workouts have had a great variety of exercises and are just the right amount of challenge that I need. Whether it's about form, our bodies, or nutrition, I am blown away by how informative she is. Being able to workout in her personal gym has been a big bonus!  I cant wait to continue working with her and see just how much more progress I can make.
