Here are some of the most commonly asked questions I’ve received regarding fitness training and my work. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please reach out and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
How are you different from other trainers?
My interest in exercise science and researching training methods, will help me create workouts that are never boring but always effective. I am also a big believer of holistic healthcare, so I will look into your mental health and nutritional health to make a plan that is sustainable and encouraging. I love hearing your input and will make changes accordingly, and most importantly, I will be your friend that will continue to empower you.
What is diet counselling and do you charge extra for it?
Diet counselling is included in both services and I provide you with a guideline to the amount and type of food you should consume to maximize the results you're looking for. I will also show you how to count your calories/macros without using a calculator or scale and I will provide a list of foods to consume more, some, or less of. I will also show you what your plate should look like, and provide some meal ideas as inspiration. I do not charge extra for diet counselling since I am not a certified nutritionist or dietician.
Are the personal training sessions bought as a package?
I offer monthly plans. The price per sessions varies depending on how often you see me in the week. If you see me three times a week, you'll pay for a monthly package of 12 sessions. These sessions will carry onto the next month if you have to miss any sessions.
